I will set private appointments around those I already have
scheduled for my regular business clients and other commitments.

Single Document Notarizations:
$5.00 per notarization, per document (in addition to my travel fee)

Travel Fee to Your Location:
$25.00 minimum for zip codes 22554 and 22556 (see below for my Super-Saver Travel Deal)
$50.00 minimum for City of Fredericksburg, Prince William County, and portions of Spotsylvania County - additional fees may apply, depending upon distance
$10 Super-Saver Travel Deal - I will meet you at a mutually agreeable specific date and time at the Stafford Marketplace Target (at the Starbucks located inside the Target store), Panera, or at the Porter Library (in Park Ridge) for a low $10.00 travel fee, plus the cost of the notarizations.

Please help me keep my prices low! This super-saver deal does not include waiting 10 - 15 minutes for late arrivals. Additional wait fees of $1.00 per minute will apply for wait times in excess of 5 minutes. Call me well ahead of time if you will be running late. See notes located above (***) for additional required time-saving measures.

Two documents with one notarization on each document = $20 total
Pricing Breakdown:
$10 to meet you at a Super-Saver location, plus
$10 for my notary services ($5 X 2 notarizations)
Will Signing Appointments:
Will appointments generally require a much longer appointment time. As such, I do not accept Will appointments as part of my Super-Saver Travel Deal. Will appointments are conducted at your home or office only. Please contact the notary for a specific travel fee quote. I only notarize Wills that have been prepared by an attorney or a legal document preparation service (I do not notarize hand-written Wills). The signer must be familiar with the contents of the will and where to sign it. The notarial certificate MUST already be pre-printed on the document. Any required witnesses must be provided by the document signer and must be present at the appointment. Witnesses must present ID to the notary, as their signatures are typically notarized as part of the Will, on the Self-Proving Affidavit document.
Deposition Certification Appointments:
Deposition Certification appointments generally require a much longer appointment time. As such, these types of appointments are not eligible for my Super-Saver Travel Deal. As circumstances for each deposition are unique, please contact the notary for specific travel fee pricing.
I-9 Forms:
The certification statement in section 2 of the I-9 form is not something I am allowed to sign in my capacity as a Virginia notary, thus I cannot sign that document on behalf of your employer. As a Virginia notary, I can certify a copy of your ID or I can notarize your signature on a document. For the I-9 form, I can attach a notary certificate for the copy of your ID and/or a notary certificate notarizing your signature on the document. Please check with your employer to see if one or both of those alternatives will be acceptable.
Services I do NOT provide:
I no longer provide notarial services at nursing homes or assisted living communities.
I do not provide notarial services for handwritten Wills.
If your document requires witness signatures, I do not provide witnesses. The document
signer is responsible for securing all witnesses, if necessary. Witnesses must not be a party to the document.
